For best results, new exhaust manifold gaskets should be installed prior to securing the manifold.

Engineering details

Small details. A secure manifold connection.

The studs engage the cylinder head, and the manifold fits over them. Tightening the nuts against the washers clamps the manifold at the exhaust-port joint.

Which applications does this kit fit?

For 1998.5–2018 5.9L / 6.7L Dodge Cummins. Does not fit 1994–1998 5.9L engines with OEM exhaust manifolds. For 2003–2007 5.9L applications, the factory heat shield must be removed.

Are the manifold and gaskets included?

This is an exhaust manifold hardware kit. The manifold and exhaust gaskets are not included. Use new gaskets when installing the manifold.
