Fuel flow through the fastener.

A banjo bolt has an internal passage and side openings. Fuel passes between the bolt and the surrounding banjo fitting, while the connection seals at its mating faces.

The hollow passage connects with openings through the side of the bolt.

A separate banjo fitting.

The eye-shaped fitting surrounds the bolt at the fluid connection.
