Engineering details

Built for the charge-air path.

The hot-side pipe carries compressed air from the turbocharger to the intercooler. The cold-side pipe carries cooled charge air onward to the engine intake.

Two pipe shapes.

One straight pipe and one bent pipe follow the listed Cummins application, with a coordinated red finish.

Raised end beads.

Raised beads at the pipe ends help retain the couplers when the connections are correctly installed and clamped.

Couplers and clamps.

Two elbow couplers, two hump couplers and eight spring-loaded T-bolt clamps make up the connection hardware.
