Heavy-Duty 4-Ply Silicone Boots

Every intercooler pipe connection is securely fastened with reinforced 4-ply silicone boots, engineered to withstand up to 400 psi, providing a snug and reliable fit.

Stainless Steel Spring Clamps

Each silicone boot is secured with four strong, wide stainless steel spring-loaded clamps, delivering a leak-proof seal that remains secure under high pressure.

Consistent Leak-Proof Performance

Designed to maintain a tight and durable seal, effectively preventing any leaks and ensuring consistent performance under all conditions.

Engineering details

Built for the charge-air path.

The hot-side pipe carries compressed air from the turbocharger to the intercooler. The cold-side pipe carries cooled charge air onward to the engine intake.

6061 aluminum tubing.

The cold-side pipe uses 3-inch CNC-bent aluminum tubing for the listed Power Stroke application.

Reinforced silicone connections.

Two 4-ply silicone boots join the pipe to the surrounding charge-air system.

Aluminum coupler.

The billet aluminum throttle housing connects with the supplied retaining clip and O-ring. Four spring-loaded clamps secure the boot connections.

Will this kit fit my vehicle?

2017–2026 Ford F-250, F-350, F-450 and F-550 Super Duty with the 6.7L Power Stroke, including Standard Output and High Output engines. Excludes 2023–2026 F-450 and F-550 Cab & Chassis models.

Does the kit include an intercooler?

This is a charge-pipe kit. The included pipes, couplers and hardware are listed in What’s included; an intercooler core and turbocharger are not included.

Which factory part numbers does it replace?

Listed replacement references: HC3Z-6F073-A, HC3Z-6F073-B, PC3Z-6F073-B. Match the vehicle application and exclusions as well as the part number.

Which colors are available?

Choose Red (LP100), Black (LB100) or Green (LG100) using the color selector. The vehicle application remains the same.

Can this product ship to California?

This product is not currently CARB exempt and cannot be shipped to California.

What warranty is included?

Intercooler pipe kits are covered by XOTIC PERFORMANCE’s one-year limited warranty. Coverage is subject to the warranty policy, including installation and use requirements.
